Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

ACP Toolkit collects only the information needed to run ecommerce readiness audits, manage requested communications, operate accounts, and process purchases.

Information We Collect

We collect account details such as email address, submitted audit URLs, generated audit results, communication consent and opt-out records, order details, and payment status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by ACP Toolkit.

How We Use Data

We use submitted URLs to generate reports, fulfill paid reviews and pilots, store report history for signed-in users, provide support, and improve the accuracy of the audit engine. If you request a sample finding by email, we first send a non-commercial confirmation message. Opening its link does not confirm the request. You must press the confirmation button before we send the requested finding or one permitted follow-up after three business days. You can opt out at any time.

Gmail Data

ACP Toolkit uses an administrator-authorized Gmail connection to read ACP conversation history, detect replies and delivery failures, and send eligible ACP messages. Refresh credentials are encrypted. Gmail data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to build unrelated user profiles.

Third-Party Services

ACP Toolkit uses infrastructure and payment providers such as Vercel, database hosting, authentication, and Stripe. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
