ACP Toolkit sells instant-access digital audits, templates, and implementation assets. Refunds are handled with a practical, support-first policy.
Reviews and Agency Pilots
If we cannot complete the purchased review or pilot within the agreed scope, contact support. We will resolve the delivery issue, agree on a revised scope, or refund the undelivered work.
Subscriptions
Agency Pro subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing period. Refunds for subscription charges are reviewed case by case when there is a clear billing or access issue.
Digital Access
Refunds are not guaranteed after the agreed reports, implementation steps, or re-checks have been delivered. This does not limit rights that apply under consumer law.
